Qsc K12.2 2000w Wired Woofer – Multicolor

QSC K12.2: 2000 Watts of Clear, Powerful Sound in a Portable 12 Inch Cabinet

The QSC K12.2 is a 12 inch, 2-way powered loudspeaker built to make speech and music cut through any room. It puts a 2000 W Class-D amplifier and precise DSP behind a rugged cabinet you can carry, fly or use as a stage monitor.

Built for Working Sound Professionals

Gigs, corporate events and houses of worship do not forgive unreliable gear. The QSC K12.2 is designed for the crew that sets up, plays and packs down week after week. Its tough, lightweight enclosure, onboard amplification and dedicated voicing keep setups simple and results consistent, whether you run one speaker for a speech or a pair for a live band.

What It Is

The K12.2 is a self-powered, two-way full-range loudspeaker that combines a 12 inch low-frequency driver with a 1.4 inch titanium high-frequency driver. A 2000 W Class-D amplifier module drives both, so there is no separate amplifier or speaker cable to manage. Onboard DSP provides Intrinsic Correction voicing and system management, while Directivity-Matched Transition keeps coverage smooth where the woofer hands over to the horn.

Key Features

• 2000 W Class-D amplifier: Delivers generous headroom, so vocals and dynamic music stay clean at high levels instead of straining.
• 12 inch woofer with 1.4 inch titanium driver: Gives full, punchy low end alongside detailed, articulate highs for vocals and instruments.
• Directivity-Matched Transition: Creates even, predictable coverage across the audience and reduces harshness as you move around the room.
• Intrinsic Correction DSP: Applies factory voicing and protection automatically, which means less time tweaking and more time performing.
• Multi-function digital display and presets: Lets you select loudspeaker functions and recall saved scenes quickly for common applications.
• Dual-role cabinet: Works as a main PA speaker on a pole or stand, or on its side as a stage monitor wedge.

Why QSC K12.2 Stands Out

The K12.2 earns its place in professional rigs by combining high output with dependable engineering. It offers a rated maximum of 132 dB peak SPL, a level well suited to loud live performances, yet the DSP protects the drivers and the amplifier when you push hard. Because it needs only power and a signal cable, setup is quick, and its dual-purpose design means one model can serve as both front-of-house and monitor, which simplifies inventory for rental companies and venues.

Perfect For

• Live bands, DJs and mobile entertainers who need portable, high-output sound
• Weddings, corporate events and conferences requiring clear speech coverage
• Churches, auditoriums and clubs that want a dependable installed or portable PA

Best Suited For

Choose the QSC K12.2 if you need loud, articulate sound without a rack of external amplifiers. It suits touring musicians, event companies, AV rental houses and venue managers who value fast setup and repeatable performance. For very large audiences, pair it with QSC subwoofers to extend low-frequency output.
