This is a 2-way in-wall loudspeaker designed for home theatre main-channel use, combining dual 5.25″ (130 mm) woofers with a 1″ (25 mm) aluminium dome tweeter with JBL’s “HDI™” waveguide. It features a visually discreet zero-bezel metal grille that installs flush to the wall or ceiling, allowing the speaker to “be heard and not seen”. The mounting system (XL-2) supports wall/ceiling material up to 2″ (50 mm) thick, enabling flexible installation in varied construction contexts. The design emphasises accurate sound delivery via rigid-baffle construction, acoustic smoothing, premium crossover components and the HDI waveguide to ensure clarity and consistent dispersion.”
