Return Policy

We want you to be fully happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
1. 7-day return window
You can request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted; after that, product issues are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Conditions for a return
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original box and packaging, with all accessories, cables, manuals, warranty cards and free gifts included.
- The serial number and labels must be intact and match our invoice.
- Please include a copy of the invoice.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong product
If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or a full refund.
4. Items that cannot be returned
- Earphones, in-ear monitors and other in-ear products once the seal is opened (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
- Software, licences and digital downloads once activated.
- Products that have been installed, used, mounted or physically damaged after delivery.
- Custom-ordered or special-order items, and cables cut to length.
- Clearance or open-box items marked as non-returnable.
5. How to request a return
- Call or WhatsApp us on +91 98200 95170, or email info@proaudiovideo.in, with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will confirm the return and arrange a pickup, or you can drop the product at our Andheri West store.
- Once we receive the product, we inspect it within 2 working days.
6. Refunds
- After the product passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is made by bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI to the account you share with us.
- For returns that are not due to damage, a defect or a wrong product, the shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
7. Exchanges
If you would like a different product or model instead, we are happy to exchange it within the same 7 days, subject to the conditions above. Any price difference will be charged or refunded.
