Dyson Big Ball CY23 Vacuum Cleaner is a corded bagless canister vacuum that pairs 205 Air Watts of suction with a self-righting Ball body for deep cleaning on any floor. For buyers comparing similar models, the Dyson Big Ball CY23 Vacuum Cleaner stands out for its 205 Air Watts suction and self-righting Ball design.
Why Choose Dyson Big Ball CY23 Vacuum Cleaner?
The Dyson Big Ball CY23 Vacuum Cleaner is chosen for sustained corded suction with self-righting convenience and hygienic emptying. Every figure in the specification table below comes from manufacturer or retailer sources for this exact model, so you can plan your setup around published ratings rather than estimates.
Key Features
The key features of the Dyson Big Ball CY23 Vacuum Cleaner are:
205 Air Watts of suction: strong, consistent suction for deep cleaning carpets and hard floors alike.
Radial Root Cyclone technology: two tiers of cyclones separate dust efficiently, so suction stays strong as the bin fills.
Self-righting Ball design: the ball body rights itself if tipped, and the low centre of gravity keeps it stable around furniture.
Hygienic bin emptying: the no-touch bin release empties dust without handling the contents.
Long reach: a 22 ft cord with automatic rewind and a 125 cm wand cover large rooms with fewer plug changes.
Best Suited For
It suits homes with mixed floors, pets or heavy foot traffic where a cordless stick cannot match sustained suction. If you want a bagless canister that rights itself, empties hygienically and keeps suction as the bin fills, this is the corded workhorse of the range. That is the buyer the Dyson Big Ball CY23 Vacuum Cleaner is built for.
Setup and Connection Guide
Setting up the Dyson Big Ball CY23 Vacuum Cleaner is straightforward.
Plug in, pull out the cord to the length you need, and choose the floor head for your surface. The ball body follows you around furniture and rights itself if knocked. When finished, release the bin over a dustbin with the hygienic mechanism, then retract the cord with the automatic rewind.
Empty the bin before it is completely full to keep suction at its best.
Check the brush bar for tangled hair regularly if you have pets.
Store the cord fully rewound so it does not trip anyone between cleans.
Keep the original packaging for the first few weeks so a return or exchange stays simple if the product does not suit your setup.
Register the product with the manufacturer where a registration option is offered, so warranty and support queries are handled faster.
Read the included manual once before first use; it covers placement, cleaning and safety notes specific to this model.
Check that all items listed in the specification table are present when the box arrives, and keep the invoice with the packaging until you are satisfied.
If anything about the model, colour or included accessories looks different from this listing, contact the store before installing or using the product.
