BenQ InstaShow VS20 4K Wireless Presentation System

BenQ InstaShow VS20 4K Wireless Presentation System
BenQ InstaShow VS20 is a wireless presentation system for compatible meeting-room displays and hybrid collaboration setups. Why Choose BenQ InstaShow VS20? The VS20 uses a receiver and presentation buttons with microphone facilities, supporting a model-specific hybrid meeting workflow. BenQ documents receiver output up to 4K at 60Hz, up to four split-screen sources and up to 32 simultaneous connections. Those figures describe different functions and do not mean every source is delivered at the same format or that 32 buttons are supplied. Button input format, receiver output and software-assisted conferencing should be considered separately. Confirm the exact package and room peripheral compatibility before ordering. Key Features – Receiver output up to 4K at 60Hz. – Up to four split-screen sources. – Presentation-button microphone facilities. – HDMI and USB-C button connection arrangement. Best Suited For
Sharing a compatible laptop screen in a meeting room where a fixed receiver and presentation buttons are preferable to repeatedly changing display cables. Count simultaneous presenters, split-screen sources and supplied transmitters separately. Wireless screen sharing and video conferencing are related tasks, but conferencing also needs compatible room cameras, audio equipment and the supported software route. Setup and Connection Guide
Connect the receiver to a supported display input and its correct power supply. Pair and position the supplied buttons according to the system guide, then test the intended laptop connector arrangement. Check the microphone path and chosen conferencing application separately from screen sharing. Verify the network and security requirements with the room administrator before routine use. Keep the receiver’s antennas and ventilation unobstructed and label the room’s presentation inputs so a visiting user can select the correct display route. Frequently Asked Questions
Is the receiver’s 4K 60Hz output the same as every button’s capture format? No. Input and output limits are separate. BenQ lists VS20 button input support up to 4K 30fps while the receiver can output up to 4K 60Hz. Check the complete source and system route. Does split screen mean that many transmitters are included in every box? No. A maximum supported source count is a system capability, not a statement of package quantity. Confirm the supplied receiver and button count for the actual package. Does wireless presentation replace a camera for remote meetings? No. Remote video still requires a suitable supported camera and the conferencing workflow. Verify how the computer, room camera and microphone route integrate with the presentation system.
