Edifier MF3 Portable Voice Amplifier Precise Voice Pick-up And Effective Anti-howling, Flexible Wearing Methods, And Pretty Low Weight

Edifier MF3 Portable Voice Amplifier

The Edifier MF3 is a wearable portable voice amplifier built for people who speak to groups for a living. Instead of raising your voice to reach the back of a classroom, training hall or guided tour, you wear the supplied headset microphone, clip the compact amplifier to your belt or carry it on its detachable sling, and let the 3-inch driver do the work. Your voice stays at a natural speaking level while the MF3 projects it clearly across the room, which protects your throat through long teaching days, coaching sessions and presentations. This listing is colour-neutral, so the description focuses on the amplifier itself rather than a specific finish.

Key features

• 3 W output power driving a 3 inch (78 mm) full-range driver tuned for speech
• 2200 mAh rechargeable battery with up to 20 hours of playtime
• Precise voice pick-up with effective anti-howling feedback suppression
• Dedicated MIC IN for the wired headset microphone and AUX IN for music playback
• Simple rotary dial-knob for power and volume control
• USB Type-C charging at 5 V, 1 A input
• Compact body measuring 94.1 x 40.5 x 97.2 mm with detachable sling

Clear speech without feedback

Voice amplification fails when the microphone hears its own output and the system breaks into a high-pitched howl. The MF3 addresses this directly with anti-howling processing and a headset microphone designed to sit close to the left side of the mouth, where it picks up your voice precisely and rejects much of the surrounding room sound. Worn correctly, with the foam windscreen fitted, speech stays loud and intelligible without the squeal that makes audiences wince and forces presenters to keep retreating from their own speaker. The published frequency response of 600 Hz to 11 kHz is centred on the speech band, which is exactly where consonant clarity and word intelligibility live.

Built for a full working day

The 2200 mAh battery is rated for up to 20 hours of use, so a teacher can run a full week of classes, a guide can cover back-to-back tours, and a fitness instructor can lead session after session without hunting for a charger between groups. Charging is via USB Type-C, with an LED that stays lit while charging and switches off when the battery is full. The single rotary control keeps operation simple under pressure: rotate to switch on with a click, keep rotating to raise the volume, and rotate back to switch off. There are no menus to learn and no app to open before you can start speaking.

Flexible wearing and playback options

The MF3 can be clipped at the waist, worn with the detachable sling, or set down beside you, which makes it easy to adapt to a classroom, a sports hall, a place of worship or an outdoor gathering point. Alongside the microphone input, the AUX input accepts a wired source such as a phone or tablet, so you can play backing tracks, language-lab audio, timers or guided exercise music through the same unit and then speak over your material without swapping equipment. That dual role makes the MF3 useful well beyond straight lecturing, from yoga and dance instruction to market demonstrations and small community meetings.

Who it suits

Choose the MF3 if your voice is a working tool: school and coaching teachers, tour guides, trainers, presenters, auctioneers and instructors who address small to medium groups indoors or in sheltered outdoor spaces. It is a personal amplification system rather than a PA for large halls, and it rewards correct microphone placement with clean, strain-free speech all day long.
