Devialet Gecko Wall Mount for PHANTOM ULTIMATE 98 dB – Deep Forest

Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest Wall Mount

The Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest is Devialet’s dedicated wall mount for the Phantom Ultimate 98 dB, precision-engineered to hold the speaker securely against the wall while preserving its acoustic performance. Devialet describes Gecko as a minimalist wall mount that supports the Phantom Ultimate 98 dB with absolute stability, is easy to install and adjust, and blends seamlessly into any interior, and the Deep Forest finish matches the speaker of the same name so the mount and the speaker read as one installation.

Gecko is sold as a single mount, for one speaker. The speaker shown in the photographs is not included: what you are buying here is the mount itself, in Deep Forest, for a Phantom Ultimate 98 dB you already own or are buying separately. If you are wall-mounting a stereo pair, you need two mounts, one per speaker, so both speakers sit at matched height either side of a screen or across a room.

Why Choose Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest?

A Phantom Ultimate 98 dB is a dense, powerful speaker for its size, and a universal bracket adapted with spacers is a poor answer for it. The Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest is shaped for this speaker’s cabinet, so it cradles the speaker exactly as Devialet intended, holds it firmly through the vibration its bass output produces, and leaves its drivers and controls unobstructed. The result is a speaker that works as designed, only higher, cleaner and out of the way.

Wall mounting also solves placement properly: the speaker can sit at screen height beside a television, above a sideboard, or at a considered height in a commercial space, aimed with the mount’s horizontal adjustment rather than left wherever furniture happens to be. The Deep Forest finish, deep, dark green that reads almost black in low light, with glossy metallic accents, keeps the hardware discreet, and the two-part design, one part fixed to the wall and one part mobile, makes aiming the speaker a matter of adjustment, not re-drilling. For a finished, permanent installation, the Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest is the mount the speaker was designed around.

Key Features

• Purpose-built for Phantom Ultimate 98 dB: Gecko is precision-engineered for the Phantom Ultimate 98 dB, holding it with absolute stability while preserving acoustic performance.
• Horizontal adjustment up to 45 degrees: Aim the mounted speaker up to 45 degrees in either direction, for precise direction control toward the listening position.
• Minimalist, low-profile design: The speaker sits close against the wall in a discreet cradle, so the installation looks intentional rather than bracketed on.
• Matched Deep Forest finish: The dark mount finish matches the Phantom Ultimate 98 dB in Deep Forest, so mount and speaker form a single visual unit.
• Frees surfaces and secures the speaker: Moves the speaker off shelves and sideboards, clearing furniture and keeping a heavy, valuable speaker out of traffic and spill range.

Best Suited For

The Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest suits living rooms where a television wall needs sound at screen height, bedrooms and kitchens where surface space is short, and studios that want a Phantom Ultimate 98 dB fixed at a repeatable position. It also suits showrooms, restaurants, galleries and hotel rooms, where the speaker must be visible, audible everywhere and physically secure. Because the mount is sold singly, it suits both single-speaker buyers and stereo-pair buyers who order two.

If your Phantom Ultimate 98 dB currently sits below ear height on a low unit, or loose on furniture where it can be knocked, wall mounting on the Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest is the tidy, permanent fix. It is not a mount for the larger Phantom Ultimate 108 dB, which has its own, larger Gecko: check the speaker model before ordering.

Setup and Connection Guide

Choose the wall height first, then fix the wall part of the Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest into the wall structure using fixings suited to your wall type; a heavy powered speaker must be anchored properly, not hung on plasterboard fixings alone. Seat the speaker onto the mobile part of the mount, confirm it is secure, and adjust it horizontally, up to 45 degrees either way, to aim the sound at the listening position.

Plan the mains cable run before fixing the mount, since the Phantom Ultimate 98 dB still needs power, and keep the finished wiring as discreet as the mount itself. No audio connection runs through the mount: the speaker connects exactly as it would on any surface, by its own power and streaming connections. Re-check the fixing and the aim whenever the speaker is moved or the room is rearranged.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest include the speaker?

No. The photographs show a Phantom Ultimate 98 dB on the mount so you can judge scale and finish, but the speaker is sold separately. This listing is for one Gecko wall mount in Deep Forest only.

How far can I angle the speaker on the Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest?

Gecko adjusts horizontally by up to 45 degrees in either direction, so you can aim the speaker precisely at the listening position without moving the wall fixing.

Do I need one Devialet Gecko Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Deep Forest or two?

One mount holds one speaker. Order one for a single Phantom Ultimate 98 dB, and two for a stereo pair, so both speakers sit at the same height.
