Audient EVO 4 Start Recording Bundle

Audient EVO 4 Start Recording Bundle

Audient EVO Start Recording Bundle is a recording kit combining an EVO 4 USB audio interface, SR1 condenser microphone and SR2000 monitoring headphones. It supplies the main audio components for a compatible home-recording or voice-production setup.

Why Choose Audient EVO Start Recording Bundle?

The bundle brings microphone capture and headphone monitoring together around EVO 4’s two-input interface and Smartgain workflow. Use the SR1 with the correct microphone input and phantom power, then monitor through the SR2000 headphones. Confirm the supplied shock mount, XLR lead and USB cable against the actual package; a microphone stand and a computer are separate parts of the complete working arrangement.

Key Features

• EVO 4 interface: two-input USB recording workflow.
• SR1 microphone: condenser capture for voice or instruments.
• SR2000 headphones: wired monitoring while recording.
• Smartgain support: assists the interface’s input-level setup.

Best Suited For

Home studios, voice production and music recording with a supported computer. Plan the number of simultaneous sources before choosing an interface: a microphone preamp, an instrument socket and a digital expansion port have different jobs. Match the monitoring arrangement to the session so the performer can hear a useful balance of the live source and playback.

Setup and Connection Guide

Install the appropriate manufacturer driver and control software for the operating system, then select the interface in the recording application. Connect each source to its intended input type and enable phantom power only for equipment that requires it. Perform the loudest expected passage while setting gain, leaving room below overload. Start headphone and monitor levels low. Choose direct or software monitoring deliberately to avoid hearing doubled audio, and make a short test recording before a full session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the bundle the same product as an EVO 4 interface by itself?

No. The Start Recording Bundle combines the interface with the SR1 microphone and SR2000 headphones. Check the package contents when comparing it with the interface-only listing.

Can the line outputs power passive speakers?

Line outputs provide an audio signal rather than loudspeaker-driving power. Use powered monitors or a suitable separate power amplifier for passive speakers. Headphone sockets and monitor outputs also serve different loads.

Does the advertised channel count equal the number of microphone sockets?

Check the physical analogue inputs separately. Total channel counts can include digital expansion, line outputs and headphone routes. External preamps and suitable digital connections may be needed to reach the maximum advertised configuration.
