Bose QuietComfort Earbuds (2024)

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds (2024) in Ice Blue bring Bose’s best-known trick, genuinely effective noise cancelling, to a true wireless earbud designed for all-day, everyday use. Bose noise cancelling with an Aware mode for hearing your surroundings, CustomTune calibration that adapts the sound to your ears, Bluetooth 5.3 with multipoint connection, and up to 8.5 hours of listening per charge add up to a set of earbuds that handle a commute, a workday and a workout without asking you to think about them. Touch controls and the Bose QCE app with adjustable EQ keep everything adjustable from the earbuds themselves.

Quiet where you want it, awareness where you need it

Noise cancelling is the reason the QuietComfort name exists. These earbuds reduce the drone of train and aircraft cabins, office air-conditioning and street traffic so music, podcasts and calls come through at comfortable volumes instead of competing with the world. When full isolation is the wrong choice, Aware mode passes surrounding sound through in a natural way, so you can hear a platform announcement, hold a quick conversation or stay alert to traffic on a run without removing an earbud. Switching between the two is a touch away, and the app lets you set the balance that suits your routine.

Sound fitted to your ears

No two ears hear identically, so the QuietComfort Earbuds use CustomTune sound calibration to measure your ear’s response and tailor the audio accordingly when you put them in. The result is the full, balanced Bose presentation the range is known for, adjusted to you rather than to an average head. In the Bose QCE app, an adjustable equaliser lets you go further, lifting the bass for a workout playlist, adding presence for podcasts or settling on a single everyday setting. Clear call quality matters too: the microphone system is tuned to keep your voice forward and background noise pushed back on calls and video meetings.

Battery, fit and everyday practicality

A single charge delivers up to 8.5 hours of listening, enough for the longest workday or a full day of travel, and the charging case holds additional charges for multi-day use between plug-ins. The case supports wireless charging as well as USB-C, so it can share a charging pad with your phone. An IPX4 rating shrugs off sweat and light rain, making the earbuds a safe choice for training sessions and changeable weather. The fit is designed to stay put without deep insertion, and multipoint Bluetooth 5.3 keeps you connected to a laptop and a phone at the same time, switching to whichever one rings or plays.

Controls that stay on the earbuds

Touch controls handle playback, volume, calls and mode switching directly on the earbuds, so your phone can stay in a pocket or bag. The Bose QCE app ties the package together with the equaliser, noise control settings, fit guidance and firmware updates, all in one place.

Choose the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds (2024) in Ice Blue if you want proven Bose noise cancelling, ear-calibrated sound and a full workday of battery in a true wireless earbud that is as suitable for the gym and the street as it is for the desk.
