The Sharge Shargeek Flow Mini 2 is the second generation of Sharge’s plug-directly-in pocket power bank, and it keeps its own, clearly improved specification: a 5,000mAh battery, maximum output raised to 22.5W, and maximum input raised to 18W. It measures 79.4 x 25.8 x 33.5 mm and weighs about 100 g, roughly the size of a roll of film. Instead of dangling from a cable, it plugs straight into the bottom of your phone through an interchangeable connector, with a second, built-in USB-C cable tucked into the body for a second device or for recharging the power bank itself.

What changed from the first Flow Mini

The original Flow Mini topped out at 12W in and out. The Flow Mini 2 moves output to 22.5W, which is proper fast charging: Sharge rates it to take an iPhone 16 to about 50 percent in around 27 minutes, and the USB-C output profiles run to 5V 3A, 9V 2.22A, 10V 2.25A and 12V 1.67A. Recharging the power bank is faster too, at up to 18W through either route. The body was also reshaped with a sloped edge that makes the built-in cable easier to pull free. Treat the two generations as different products, because electrically they are.

Plug-in charging, with or without a case

The centre connector stands proud enough to reach through most phone cases, so the Flow Mini 2 sits flush against the phone and moves with it rather than swinging on a cord. Swap the fitted USB-C connector for the included Lightning connector and the same power bank serves an older iPhone. That swappable tip is the whole point of the design: one tiny battery covers a household or a work bag full of mixed phones.

Two outputs, pass-through and protections

Using the connector and the built-in cable together, two devices can charge simultaneously at a shared 5V 3A. The Mini 2 also supports pass-through use while it recharges. Inside, protections cover overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overcurrent, overload and overtemperature, and the transparent shell with its four indicator lights keeps remaining charge visible at a press of the button. Protocol support includes PD 3.0, QC 2.0 and QC 3.0, AFC, FCP, SCP, SFCP, BC1.2 and Apple charging.

Who it suits

Five thousand milliamp-hours is a rescue battery, not a weekend battery: roughly one full phone charge, delivered in the smallest, lightest form that still fast-charges. It suits commuters, nights out, festival days, school runs and anyone whose phone regularly hits red before they get home.

Carried loose in a pocket or clipped by its own cable, the Flow Mini 2 is backup power you will actually have with you, and at 22.5W it no longer asks you to trade speed for size.
