Output and power distribution

Each USB-C port can deliver up to 140 W on its own, which matches the full charging requirement of high-performance laptops that support USB Power Delivery. Sharge specifies a recharge from empty to 50 percent in approximately 20 minutes with a suitable high-power charger. The integrated smart display reports the information that matters during use, including input and output wattage, battery percentage and an estimate of the time remaining to empty or to full. A low-current mode is available for small accessories such as wireless earbuds and smartwatches that draw very little power, and pass-through charging allows connected devices to keep charging while the power bank itself is being recharged.

Design, durability and protection

The housing uses a prism silhouette with a transparent finish, so the six lithium-ion cells and internal components remain visible as part of the design. The unit is rated IP66, which means it is protected against dust ingress and powerful water jets, making it more tolerant of outdoor use and accidental splashes than a conventional power bank.
