The WiiM Vibelink is a compact two-channel integrated amplifier built for one purpose: driving passive speakers with clean, powerful, high-fidelity sound. Unlike the WiiM Amp and WiiM Amp Pro, the Vibelink is not a streaming amplifier — it has no streaming module, no Wi-Fi streaming and no touchscreen. It is a pure amplifier, made to sit beside a WiiM streamer such as the WiiM Mini, Pro, Pro Plus or Ultra, or any other source, and turn it into a complete hi-fi system. It delivers 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 200 watts per channel into 4 ohms, from a chassis just 200 mm square.
Why Choose WiiM Vibelink?
The WiiM Vibelink suits listeners who already own a streamer, or who want to choose their own source and keep the amplifier simple. Because it does no streaming, has no menus and needs no network setup, there is nothing to configure and nothing to go out of date — you connect a source, connect speakers, and turn the volume knob. Its Class-D power stage, built around a TI TPA3255 chip with Post-Filter Feedback, keeps distortion exceptionally low and sound consistent across different speakers, while the ESS ES9039Q2M DAC handles digital sources at up to 192kHz/24-bit without resampling. The result is a small, quiet, cool-running amplifier that sounds far bigger than it looks, and that matches the WiiM Ultra cosmetically for a neat two-box system.
Key Features
100W per channel into 8 ohms: 200W per channel into 4 ohms, so it drives most bookshelf and floorstanding speakers with ease.
ESS ES9039Q2M DAC: premium SABRE DAC with bit-perfect playback up to 192kHz/24-bit through the optical and coaxial inputs.
TI TPA3255 with PFFB: Class-D amplification with Post-Filter Feedback and six TI OPA1612 op-amps for ultra-low distortion and noise.
Pure analog RCA input: the stereo RCA input bypasses analogue-to-digital conversion entirely, keeping vinyl and CD sources unaltered.
Compact unibody aluminium chassis: 200 x 200 x 63 mm, passively cooled with a copper heat pipe and large aluminium heatsink, so it runs silently with no fan noise.
Best Suited For
The WiiM Vibelink is best suited for WiiM streamer owners who want a dedicated amplifier for their Mini, Pro, Pro Plus or Ultra; for listeners with passive bookshelf or floorstanding speakers who want a compact, high-quality amplifier without paying for streaming they already have; and for TV, CD and turntable setups where a simple, powerful two-channel amplifier is all that is needed. It fits easily on a media console, desk or hi-fi rack.
Setup and Connection Guide
Connect your passive speakers to the gold-plated binding posts on the rear panel, using the supplied banana plugs, spade connectors or bare wire, matching + to + and − to −. Connect your WiiM streamer or other source to the optical or coaxial input for the full 100 watts per channel, or to the RCA input for analogue sources — note that output through the RCA input is 60 watts per channel. Press the small button on the front panel to switch between COAX, OPTICAL and RCA; the three RGBW LEDs show the selected input and the amplifier’s status. Connect the WiiM Vibelink’s 12V trigger input to a compatible device such as the WiiM Ultra for automatic power on, and the amplifier powers itself down after 30 or 60 minutes of inactivity. A turntable needs its own phono preamplifier, as the Vibelink has no phono stage, and there is no HDMI input — connect a TV through its optical output, with the TV set to stereo PCM output.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the WiiM Vibelink a streaming amplifier?
No. The Vibelink has no streaming module, no Wi-Fi and no app-based music playback of its own. It is a pure two-channel amplifier. To stream music, connect a WiiM streamer — the Mini, Pro, Pro Plus or Ultra — or any other streamer or source to one of its three inputs.
Which WiiM streamer should I pair it with?
Any WiiM streamer works. The WiiM Ultra is the closest match: it has the same 200 mm footprint and Space Gray finish, so the two stack neatly, and its 12V trigger output can wake the Vibelink automatically. The WiiM Pro Plus is a good lower-cost pairing if you only need streaming and a preamplifier output.
Can I connect my TV, CD player or turntable?
Yes. Connect a TV or CD player to the optical or coaxial input for digital sound up to 192kHz/24-bit — set the TV to stereo PCM output, as the digital inputs do not decode Dolby Digital or DTS. Connect a CD player or any analogue source to the RCA input. A turntable needs a separate phono preamplifier between the turntable and the amplifier.
