Why Choose Focusrite SCARLETT 2i2 STUDIO 4th Gen Recording Bundle?

Buying the parts separately costs more and risks a mismatch, such as open-back headphones that leak into a microphone. This bundle is a complete, matched vocal and instrument chain from one manufacturer, with software for recording, mixing and mastering included.

Key Features

• Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen interface: two 69 dB preamps, dual Air modes, Auto Gain, Clip Safe and 120 dB converters.
• CM25 MkIII microphone: a large-diaphragm condenser microphone for vocals and acoustic instruments.
• SH-450 headphones: closed-back studio headphones for tracking without bleed.
• 3-metre XLR cable: microphone cable included, plus USB cable for the interface.
• Hitmaker Expansion: software bundle with DAW software and plug-ins from Antares, Softube and more.

Best Suited For

Beginners setting up a first home studio, songwriters, podcasters and content creators who want one box that covers recording end to end. That is the buyer the Focusrite SCARLETT 2i2 STUDIO 4th Gen Recording Bundle is built for.

Setup and Connection Guide

Connect the interface over USB-C, plug the microphone into input 1 with the supplied XLR cable and enable 48 V phantom power, connect the headphones, install Focusrite Control 2 and the bundled software, and use Auto Gain for the first level setting. Once connected, the Focusrite SCARLETT 2i2 STUDIO 4th Gen Recording Bundle is ready for its first session.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in the Focusrite SCARLETT 2i2 STUDIO 4th Gen Recording Bundle?

The Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen interface, CM25 MkIII microphone, SH-450 headphones, a 3-metre XLR cable, a USB cable and the Hitmaker Expansion software bundle.

Is this the same as the 2i2 4th Gen interface on its own?

No. The interface-only 2i2 4th Gen is listed separately as the interface-only 2i2 4th Gen; this bundle adds the microphone, headphones and cable.

Does the microphone need phantom power?

Yes. The CM25 MkIII is a condenser microphone, so enable the interface’s 48 V phantom power on its channel.
