JBL Tune 680NC Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (Blue)

JBL Tune 680NC Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (Blue)

The JBL Tune 680NC is a wireless on-ear headphone with adaptive noise cancelling, built for commutes, offices and long listening days. Its 32 mm dynamic drivers are tuned for JBL Pure Bass Sound, and JBL Spatial Sound widens the presentation for films and games. Battery life is the headline figure: up to 76 hours of music with noise cancelling off and up to 50 hours with it on, so charging becomes a weekly event rather than a daily one, and Speed Charge adds hours of playback from a short top-up.

Four microphones feed the adaptive noise cancelling and keep calls clear, automatically adjusting cancellation to the surroundings. When the world needs to come back in, Ambient Aware lets surrounding sound through for traffic and announcements, while TalkThru lowers the music for a quick conversation without removing the headphones. Voice Aware balances how much of your own voice you hear on calls.

Noise cancelling that adapts, battery that lasts

Fixed noise cancelling treats a quiet office and a diesel bus the same. The Tune 680NC’s adaptive system measures the environment and adjusts, keeping low-frequency rumble down on transport while avoiding the pressure feeling of maximum cancellation in quiet rooms. Paired with 50 hours of ANC-on playback, it is a headphone that can cover a week of commuting, a long-haul flight, or several workdays of focus on one charge; talk time runs to 45 hours for call-heavy use.

Two devices, one headphone

Multi-point Bluetooth keeps the Tune 680NC connected to a laptop and a phone at once, so a call interrupts a film and the film resumes afterwards. The JBL Headphones app adds a customisable equaliser, control settings and firmware updates, and the foldable on-ear frame with soft ear cushions is sized for travel bags and desk drawers alike.

Where it fits

Daily commuting, open-plan offices, study sessions and travel are the Tune 680NC’s home ground: strong cancellation, very long battery life and a price class well below flagship models. The full specification is in the Additional Information table on this page.
