The JMGO N1S Infinity is the high-brightness flagship of JMGO’s gimbal-style portable projectors. Its MALC 2.0 triple-laser engine produces 2,450 ISO lumens — more than double the standard N1S 4K — while keeping the same 4K UHD resolution and 110% BT.2020 colour gamut. The motorised gimbal tilts through 135 degrees for wall or ceiling projection, automatic setup aligns the image in seconds, and a 20 W JMGO Master Sound speaker system is built in. Google TV provides the streaming platform.

Brightness for real rooms
Most lifestyle projectors are evening-only devices. At 2,450 ISO lumens the N1S Infinity stays watchable with curtains open and lights low, which is what qualifies it as a television alternative rather than a novelty. The triple-laser source holds that brightness without a lamp’s decay curve, and JMGO’s MALC 2.0 engine suppresses the speckle that historically affected laser projection. Native contrast is rated at 1,600:1, strong for a single-chip DLP design.
Colour and HDR
Direct red, green and blue lasers give the Infinity its 110% BT.2020 coverage — the widest gamut in consumer projection — so HDR10 masters with extended colour are reproduced rather than clipped to a smaller space. There is no colour wheel, eliminating rainbow artefacts for sensitive viewers, and the laser’s instant response supports dynamic contrast control without the lag of a mechanical iris.
Gimbal and automatic setup
The projector body rides in a gimbal cradle that tilts 135 degrees, aiming from a front wall to the ceiling for bedroom viewing. Autofocus, auto keystone, screen-fit and obstacle avoidance run automatically when the unit moves, and the fixed 1.2:1 lens covers image sizes from 40 to 180 inches — a 100-inch picture from roughly 2.7 metres.
Sound and streaming
The Master Sound system totals 20 W with Dolby Audio and DTS decoding, tuned for the fuller output the flagship’s larger cabinet allows. Google TV organises the streaming services behind one account, and two HDMI 2.1 ports (one eARC) take consoles and players, with input performance suited to casual gaming. Fan noise is rated at 26 dB.
Form factor
At about 241 x 203 x 236 mm and roughly 4.5 kg, the Infinity is a sideboard or shelf device rather than a pocket portable; the size buys the brightness and the speaker system. A USB-A 2.0 port and 3.5 mm audio output complete the connections.
