Logitech K580 Slim Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard

Logitech K580 Slim Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard – Graphite

The Logitech K580 in Graphite is a slim, full-size wireless keyboard for desks where one keyboard has to serve more than one screen. It connects to two devices at once, one through the included USB Unifying receiver and one over Bluetooth Low Energy, and the Easy-Switch keys move your typing between them with a single press. A built-in cradle along the top edge holds a phone or small tablet upright while you type on it, turning the keyboard into the centre of a tidy computer, tablet and phone workspace. The dark Graphite finish suits professional desks and stays looking clean under daily use.

One keyboard for computer, tablet and phone

Modern work rarely stays on one device. The K580 is designed for that reality: pair your computer on one channel and a tablet or phone on the other, then answer a message, type notes from a meeting or search on the tablet without reaching for a second keyboard or an on-screen keyboard. The keyboard recognises the operating system of the device you are typing on, so shortcuts and function keys behave as expected on both Windows and macOS. The cradle keeps the phone in view at a comfortable angle, which makes the setup feel like one workstation rather than a collection of separate gadgets.

Typing feel and layout

Despite the slim 21.3 mm profile, the K580 keeps the full layout most desk users expect, including a proper number pad for spreadsheets, accounts work and data entry. The low-profile keys use a quiet, laptop-like action that suits shared offices and home workspaces where a loud mechanical board would intrude. At 373.5 mm wide and 143.9 mm deep, it leaves more desk room for a mouse and notebook than a bulky full-size board, and at 558 g including batteries it is still easy to move between rooms or pack for a change of workspace.

Battery life and connection reliability

Two AAA batteries, included and pre-installed, power the K580 for up to 24 months, helped by an auto-sleep function that conserves power when the keyboard is idle. There are no charging cables to manage and no low-battery interruptions in the middle of a working week. The Unifying receiver gives a dependable plug-and-play link for a main computer, while Bluetooth Low Energy covers devices without a spare USB port. Wireless range of up to 10 metres gives freedom to type from a sofa, a presentation position or a standing desk without dropouts in normal room conditions.

In Graphite, the K580 is a composed, professional-looking keyboard that simplifies a multi-device desk: two connections, one-touch switching, a phone cradle, a full number pad and a battery measured in years rather than weeks. For hybrid workers moving between a laptop, a tablet and a phone all day, it removes friction from the most-used tool on the desk.
