Claw CW-SR50L UHF Wireless Lavalier & Head Mic | 50m Range | One-Tap Mute

Claw CW-SR50L UHF Wireless Lavalier and Head Microphone System

The Claw CW-SR50L is a UHF wireless microphone system built for people who speak for a living: teachers, trainers, presenters, fitness instructors and event hosts. It pairs a rechargeable bodypack transmitter with a plug-and-play receiver, and includes both a clip-on lavalier microphone and a head-worn microphone, so you can choose discreet lapel pickup or the consistent close-up sound of a headset. Operating in the 677 to 698 MHz UHF band, it offers up to 50 metres of working range, one-tap muting from the bodypack and an LED display that keeps frequency, battery level and status visible at a glance.

Key features

• UHF wireless system operating in the 677 to 698 MHz band
• Up to 50 metres of operating range for room-scale freedom
• Both lavalier and head-worn microphones included in the set
• One-tap mute control on the bodypack transmitter
• LED display showing frequency, battery level and working status
• Rechargeable transmitter and receiver with plug-and-play connection

Two microphones, two ways of working

A lavalier clips to a shirt or jacket and nearly disappears, which suits presenters, interviewers and anyone on camera. A head microphone holds its capsule at a fixed distance from the mouth, so the voice level stays steady even when the speaker turns their head, which suits fitness instructors, demonstrators and performers who move constantly. Having both in one kit means the same system covers a classroom in the morning and an aerobics session in the evening without buying anything extra.

UHF link and practical range

UHF is the established band for this class of wireless microphone because it holds a stable link in rooms full of people, phones and other electronics. The CW-SR50L works in the 677 to 698 MHz range with up to 50 metres of range, comfortably covering classrooms, halls, houses of worship and event spaces. Frequency multiplexing allows several systems to run together without interfering with each other, so multi-presenter events and panel sessions are practical with matched sets.

Controls that respect the speaker

The one-tap mute is the control a presenter actually reaches for: a cough, a side conversation or a question from the floor can be kept off the PA instantly, and unmuting is just as quick. The bodypack display shows the operating frequency, remaining battery and working status, removing the guesswork that causes mid-session failures. Both the transmitter and receiver are rechargeable, so the running cost of disposable batteries disappears and a charge before the session becomes part of the routine.

Connecting to your PA

The receiver is plug-and-play: connect it to a powered speaker, amplifier or PA mixer input, set a sensible level and walk the room once with the microphone live to confirm coverage. Position the receiver with a clear path to the bodypack where possible and keep it away from large metal objects and other wireless transmitters. Speech should sit comfortably below distortion at normal speaking volume before the audience arrives.

For hands-free speech with a stable UHF link, quick muting and a choice of lavalier or headset pickup, the Claw CW-SR50L is a complete, ready-to-work wireless microphone system.
