The Sennheiser EW-DP 835 Set is a fully digital UHF wireless system designed for video production. It pairs the EW-D SKM-S handheld transmitter, fitted with the MMD 835 dynamic cardioid capsule, with the EW-DP EK portable receiver that mounts directly on a camera. The receiver is small — 86 x 67 x 28 mm and about 140 g — and its magnetic stacking system lets multiple channels lock together into a tidy multi-channel rig on a camera or in a sound bag. The mounting kit includes a cheese plate, cold shoe adapter and belt clip, and both a locking 3.5 mm TRS cable and a locking 3.5 mm to XLR cable are in the box, covering DSLR, mirrorless and professional camcorder inputs.
