The Godox SB-GUE80 Softbox is an 80 cm octagonal umbrella softbox with a Bowens mount and a honeycomb grid, built to soften speedlights and studio lights for portraits and product shots.
The 80 cm octa is large enough for head-and-shoulders portraits yet small enough for location bags.
The umbrella-style frame opens and folds quickly without separate rods to assemble.
The Bowens mount fits Godox and other Bowens-mount speedlight brackets and studio lights.
The included honeycomb grid narrows the beam and controls spill onto backgrounds.
The reflective silver interior keeps output punchy for outdoor fill and studio key work.

Why Choose the Godox SB-GUE80 Softbox?
The Godox SB-GUE80 Softbox opens like an umbrella for fast setup, and its octagonal shape gives round, natural catchlights in the eyes, while the silver interior and grid option let you switch between broad soft light and a tighter, controlled beam.

Best Suited For
The Godox SB-GUE80 Softbox suits portrait, wedding and product photographers who need a fast, portable softbox for speedlights and studio lights. For product photography, the octa shape gives even coverage across small and medium subjects, and the grid keeps light off the background when a darker, more dramatic look is wanted. It is equally at home in a home studio, where its 80 cm size fits a bedroom or garage setup without overwhelming the space.
Setup and Connection Guide
Open the softbox like an umbrella, fit it to a Bowens-mount speedlight bracket or studio light, and attach the grid only when you want a narrower beam. Use it as a key light close to the subject for soft skin tones, or further back with the grid for more contrast and background control. When working outdoors, the umbrella opening lets the softbox go up in seconds between locations, and the folding design packs flat in a location bag with a light stand. The softbox is a modifier only; the light, bracket and stand are not included.
