MX 3710W 10-Inch Wooden Trolley Speaker with Dual Wireless Microphones

MX 3710W 10-Inch Wooden Trolley Speaker with Dual Wireless Microphones

The MX 3710W Wooden Trolley Speaker is a wooden-cabinet trolley speaker built around a 10-inch woofer and rated at 80 watts RMS, aimed at buyers who want a bigger, fuller sound than an 8-inch portable unit without stepping up to a 12-inch or 15-inch cabinet. Two wireless microphones are included, so duets, two-speaker presentations and compèring with a partner work straight out of the box, and the wooden cabinet gives the speaker a solid, home-and-venue-friendly presence that plastic cabinets do not quite match.

Playback covers the usual sources: Bluetooth from a phone, USB and SD card, FM radio and an AUX input, with a guitar input for small live use. The top panel carries the volume, tone and microphone controls where they are easy to reach during a performance, and the trolley handle and wheels keep a 10-inch speaker genuinely portable. For karaoke nights, school functions, small weddings and shop events, the MX 3710W Wooden Trolley Speaker is sized to fill a hall rather than just a room.

Why Choose MX 3710W 10-Inch Wooden Trolley Speaker with Dual Wireless Microphones?

Two details set the MX 3710W Wooden Trolley Speaker apart in this range. First, the pair of wireless microphones: many trolley speakers in this price band include one microphone, so a second singer or speaker normally means buying an extra mic and receiver. Here both are in the box. Second, the wooden cabinet: wood cabinets tend to sound less boxy at higher volumes and they sit well in living rooms, banquet halls and classrooms where the speaker stays visible between uses.

The 80-watt RMS rating, confirmed by MX MDR Electronics and by the MX catalogue, is also an honest figure for planning. It is enough for a medium hall, a terrace gathering or a small outdoor function, provided the speaker is placed sensibly and not driven into distortion. Buyers should judge it against the room, not against inflated peak-power claims used by some portable speakers.

Key Features

• 10-inch woofer, 80W RMS: a 10-inch driver with 80 watts RMS output, a clear step up from 8-inch trolley speakers for medium halls and outdoor groups.
• Wooden cabinet: a wooden multimedia trolley cabinet, as named by MX, giving a sturdier feel and a more furniture-like look than moulded plastic.
• Two wireless microphones included: a dual cordless microphone system with two wireless microphones free in the box, ready for duets and two-person hosting.
• Bluetooth, FM, USB and SD: Bluetooth streaming, FM radio, USB and SD card playback plus an AUX input, covering phones, pen drives, cards and wired sources.
• Guitar input: a dedicated guitar input alongside the microphone channels, so a small live set needs no separate amplifier.
• Trolley portability with remote: a pull handle, wheels and a remote control, so the speaker moves between venues and can be operated from the audience.

Best Suited For

The MX 3710W Wooden Trolley Speaker suits karaoke hosts, wedding and birthday event organisers, schools and coaching institutes, temples and community halls, and families who want one speaker for music, announcements and singing. It fits medium halls, terraces and small lawns better than a compact 8-inch unit, and it stays manageable where a 15-inch cabinet would be too heavy.

Setup and Connection Guide

1. Charge the speaker fully before the event and carry the two wireless microphones, the remote and the power cord together so nothing is left behind.
2. For music, pair a phone over Bluetooth or insert a USB drive or SD card with MP3 files and select the source on the top panel.
3. Switch on both wireless microphones for duets, check each mic level separately, and keep the microphones away from the speaker front to avoid feedback.
4. Plug a guitar into the guitar input for live accompaniment, balance its level against the music, and use the tone controls to keep speech clear over the backing track.
5. When moving venues, retract the handle, tilt the cabinet onto its wheels, and avoid dragging it over rough ground that could damage the cabinet corners.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the MX 3710W Wooden Trolley Speaker different from the MX 3708?

It uses a larger 10-inch woofer, is rated at 80 watts RMS against the 3708’s 40 watts, has a wooden cabinet, and includes two wireless microphones instead of one, so it suits bigger rooms and duet karaoke.

How long does the battery last?

MX MDR Electronics lists battery backup of up to 3 hours. Real backup varies with volume, bass level and whether microphones are in continuous use, so mains power is still the safer choice for very long events.

Can I use it for a small stage show?

Yes, within its size class. The two wireless microphones, guitar input, USB and SD playback and remote control cover announcements, backing tracks and a solo instrument for small functions, school stages and community events.
