Xdj Az 4 Channel Dj System

AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ – 4-Channel All-in-One DJ System

The XDJ-AZ is the flagship all-in-one DJ system from AlphaTheta (Pioneer DJ): a complete club-standard setup in a single unit – two full-size jog wheel decks, a four-channel mixer section and a 10.1-inch touchscreen – that plays standalone from USB drives and the cloud, with no laptop required. It inherits its layout, effects and sound quality from the CDJ-3000 players and DJM-A9 mixer found in professional booths, so skills transfer directly to club gear.

Key features

• Standalone 4-deck playback from USB, with deck layer switching on full-size jog wheels
• 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen with waveform, playlist and track preview
• 32-bit A/D conversion for high-resolution, club-grade sound quality
• 14 Beat FX plus six Sound Color FX drawn from the DJM-A9 mixer
• Built-in Wi-Fi for CloudDirectPlay and StreamingDirectPlay (Beatport)
• Bluetooth audio input for playing tracks from a phone
• Compatible with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro when connected to a computer
• Two microphone inputs and booth, master XLR and RCA outputs

Standalone freedom, club workflow

Prepare your library in rekordbox, export to USB, and the XDJ-AZ handles the rest – including tracks stored in rekordbox cloud libraries via CloudDirectPlay, and Beatport streaming via StreamingDirectPlay over the built-in Wi-Fi. Four-deck playback means you can layer an acapella and a tool over two playing tracks, while the large touchscreen keeps browsing fast with playlist views, track filtering and waveform preview with headphone auditioning.

Mixer section with real depth

The four-channel mixer offers three-band EQ, trim and assignable Sound Color FX per channel, and a Beat FX section with a colour screen showing effect parameters – the same creative toolkit as the DJM-A9. A three-band master isolator, booth monitor output and two mic channels with EQ and talkover make the unit a complete performance hub for venues and events.

Connections for any booth

Two phono/line inputs take turntables or media players, USB ports handle drives and computer connection, and balanced XLR master outputs feed a PA cleanly. At 13.5 kg it remains transportable in a flight case for mobile DJs who want a single-box, no-laptop rig.

Library workflow with rekordbox

Prepare tracks in rekordbox on a computer – set cue points, loops and playlists, let the software analyse beatgrids – then export to USB and play on the XDJ-AZ with everything in place. Libraries can also live in rekordbox Cloud, synced over Wi-Fi via CloudDirectPlay, so the same collection is ready on club CDJs and on this unit. The touchscreen shows the same library structure you organised at home, which keeps big collections navigable mid-set.

For DJs who play club standard but want their whole setup in one case, the XDJ-AZ is the complete answer.
