Devialet REMOTE – Precision Remote Control for Phantom Ultimate and Dione

Devialet Remote for Phantom Ultimate and Dione

The Devialet Remote puts total control of your Devialet Phantom Ultimate and Devialet Dione exactly where you want it: in your hand, from anywhere in the room. This compact, rechargeable controller replaces reaching for a phone or walking to the speaker, giving you precise volume control, playback control and power control from a distance, with a clear dot-matrix display that shows the volume level at a glance. For owners of a Devialet Phantom Ultimate speaker or a Devialet Dione soundbar, this controller is the finishing accessory that makes a premium system feel effortless every day.

Devialet designed the remote around a simple idea: total control, minute precision. A stainless steel wheel gives fine, tactile volume adjustment, so small changes feel deliberate rather than jumpy, and the round, weighted puck sits naturally in the hand or on a coffee table. It connects over Bluetooth 5.0, works from across the room, and recharges over USB, with up to two and a half months of autonomy on a charge according to the Devialet catalogue. There are no batteries to keep replacing and no line of sight to worry about, which makes the remote a practical upgrade for a living room, a bedroom system, or a dedicated listening room.

Why Choose Devialet Remote?

Choose this remote if you already own, or are buying, a Devialet Phantom Ultimate speaker or a Devialet Dione soundbar and want the simplest possible way to control it. Phone apps are powerful, but they mean unlocking a phone, finding an app and waiting for it to connect. It is always ready: pick it up, turn the wheel, and the volume follows. In a stereo pair, one remote is enough to control both speakers, and if you add more than one remote, they automatically cross-synchronise, so every controller in the house stays in step. That combination of precision, range and simplicity is exactly what a high-end Phantom or Dione system deserves.

Key Features

• Precision stainless steel volume wheel: A machined stainless steel wheel gives smooth, minute volume adjustment, with the current level shown on the dot-matrix display.
• Full playback and power control: Power, play and pause, and previous and next track controls sit on the face of the remote, so everyday listening needs no phone at all.
• Bluetooth 5.0 extended range: Bluetooth 5.0 BLE and 2.4 GHz connectivity works up to 20 metres from the connected device, so you can control the music from across the room.
• Rechargeable with long autonomy: It recharges over USB and offers up to 2.5 months of autonomy, so charging is an occasional task, not a routine.
• Stereo-aware control: One Devialet Remote controls a stereo pair of Phantom speakers, and multiple remotes automatically cross-synchronise for seamless use around the home.
• Compact, room-friendly design: At 80 mm across and 21.2 mm thick, the remote is a small, solid object that looks at home beside a Phantom Ultimate or a Dione soundbar.

Best Suited For

The Devialet Remote is best suited for Phantom Ultimate and Dione owners who listen daily and want instant control without a phone in hand. It suits living rooms where the speaker sits across the room, bedrooms where late-night volume needs a gentle touch, and listening rooms where fine volume steps matter. It is also a thoughtful addition for households where more than one person uses the system: anyone can pick up the remote and adjust volume or skip a track without learning an app. If your Phantom or Dione is part of a stereo setup, it is especially useful, since a single controller manages the pair.

Setup and Connection Guide

Setting up the remote is straightforward. First, make sure your Devialet Phantom Ultimate or Devialet Dione is powered on and set up. Then pair the remote by placing it near the Devialet device, following Devialet’s pairing guidance for Phantom speakers and the Dione soundbar. Once paired over Bluetooth 5.0, the wheel controls volume and the face controls handle power, play, pause and track skipping. Keep the remote within about 20 metres of the connected device for reliable control. When the charge runs low, recharge it over USB using the cable supplied in the box, and it is ready for up to another two and a half months of use. Place it where you listen most, on a coffee table, a bedside table or a sideboard, so it is always within reach.

Does the Devialet Remote work with both Phantom Ultimate and Dione?

Yes. Devialet lists the Devialet Remote as the companion controller for its Phantom speakers and its Devialet Dione soundbar, and the catalogue presents it as the remote for Devialet Phantom Ultimate and Devialet Dione. One remote can control a stereo pair of Phantom speakers, and multiple remotes cross-synchronise automatically.

How far away can I use the Devialet Remote?

It connects via Bluetooth 5.0 BLE and 2.4 GHz, with a range of up to 20 metres from the connected device. That is enough for most living rooms and open-plan spaces, provided there are no unusual obstructions between the remote and the speaker or soundbar.

How do I charge the Devialet Remote, and how long does a charge last?

It is rechargeable over USB, using the cable supplied in the box. The Devialet catalogue states up to 2.5 months of autonomy, so in normal use you will charge it only a few times a year rather than every week.
