Pace PA-120 Amplifier With Bt

Pace PA-120 Amplifier with Bluetooth

The Pace PA-120 is a public address mixer amplifier with Bluetooth, built for the everyday sound jobs of small and medium venues: background music, announcements and microphone-led sessions in schools, offices, shops, training rooms, community halls and places of worship. It combines the amplifier, the mixer and the music sources in one unit. Microphone inputs handle announcements and presentations, Bluetooth streams music wirelessly from a phone or laptop, a USB input plays stored audio files, and an AUX input connects wired sources such as a computer, media player or television. Bass and treble tone controls shape the overall sound, and a master volume sets the level for the room.

One box for music and announcements

A PA installation normally needs three things: something to play music, something to amplify a microphone, and an amplifier to drive the speakers. The PA-120 folds all three into a single front panel, which simplifies both the installation and the daily routine. Staff do not need to learn a mixing desk: plug in a microphone for announcements, stream or play music between sessions, and ride one master volume. That simplicity is the point of the format in venues where the operator is a teacher, a shop manager or a caretaker rather than a sound engineer.

Inputs and tone controls

The microphone inputs take standard PA microphones for speech, which is what a PA amplifier is voiced for: clarity in the vocal range so announcements carry across a room without shouting. Bluetooth covers the most common music source in modern venues, a phone, while USB playback keeps music running without any phone at all, useful for fixed background-music routines. The AUX input accepts anything with a line-level output. Bass and treble controls let you compensate for the room: trim bass in a hard, echoing hall to clean up speech, or add a little top end in a carpeted, absorbent space.

Matching speakers and setup

Before connecting speakers, check the output rating and impedance printed on the amplifier and match the total speaker load to it; overloading a PA amplifier with too many speakers is the most common installation mistake. Wire speakers in neat runs back to the amplifier’s speaker terminals, keep microphone cables away from the speaker lines where practical, and set levels starting from zero: bring the master volume up slowly with a microphone live to find the point just below feedback, then treat it as the working maximum. Position microphones behind the speakers’ coverage line wherever the room allows, which buys clear headroom for announcements.

For a school, office, retail space or hall that needs dependable announcements plus background music from one straightforward unit, the Pace PA-120 with Bluetooth covers the brief without a rack of separate equipment.
