The Arturia MiniFuse 2 is a 2-in, 2-out USB audio interface for recording, streaming and production at home or on the move, finished here in White. It combines two high-quality Mic, Line and Instrument combo inputs with 24-bit, 192kHz conversion, balanced monitor outputs, a dedicated headphone output, 5-pin MIDI and a set of workflow extras that most compact interfaces leave out, including loopback recording for streamers and an additional USB-A hub port for your controllers and dongles. Clean gain for microphones and instruments

Each of the two front-panel combo sockets accepts an XLR microphone cable, a balanced TRS line source or an unbalanced instrument cable, so a vocal microphone and a guitar, or a stereo keyboard and a second mic, can stay connected without repatching. The preamps deliver 56dB of gain, enough for quiet dynamic microphones and delicate condenser recordings, while switchable 48V phantom power supports studio condenser microphones when you need them. A 110dB dynamic range keeps the noise floor low, so quiet passages, fingerpicked guitar and room detail are captured cleanly rather than buried in hiss.

Monitoring without the delay

Balanced TRS outputs feed your studio monitors with a clean, interference-resistant signal, and the separate headphone output has its own level control for late-night work. The direct monitor switch lets you hear your input signal straight from the interface with no round-trip delay through the computer, which makes tracking vocals and instruments far more natural. Blend it with playback when overdubbing, or switch fully to the computer output when mixing. For creators, the loopback channel routes your computer audio back into your recording or streaming software, so backing tracks, game audio and video-call voices can be captured alongside your microphone in one pass.

More than an interface in the chain

Full-size 5-pin MIDI in and out connect keyboards, controllers and hardware synths the traditional way, with no adapters. The additional USB-A port on the back works as a powered hub for a MIDI controller, an iLok-style dongle or a wireless receiver, reclaiming a port on laptops that have very few to spare. Everything runs from USB bus power over the USB-C connection, so the MiniFuse 2 works just as happily beside a laptop in a hotel room or classroom as it does wired into a permanent desk setup.

Software to start making music straight away

The MiniFuse 2 includes Ableton Live Lite for recording, arranging and performing, together with a bundle of Arturia software instruments and effects drawn from the company’s well-known plug-in range.
