The CL3 rating

CL3 is a fire-safety rating for the cable jacket, assessed for use inside walls in residential and commercial runs. It is separate from signal performance: a cable can be fast and still not be the cable you may bury in a wall, and a CL3 jacket does not by itself say anything about bandwidth. This cable carries both parts of the specification openly: the CL3 jacket for the installation, and BlueRigger’s stated 10.2 Gbps high-speed rating for the signal. What 35 feet is for

If a future upgrade to 4K at 120 Hz or 8K is planned for the same room, that is a different cable category and should be cabled as its own decision while the walls are open.
