Tangzu Wan’er S.G 2: Clear, Natural Sound in a Work of Art

A 10 mm PET diaphragm driver, a lightweight resin shell and a silver-plated detachable cable come together in an in-ear monitor that sounds refined and looks like a collectible.

Built for Listeners Who Want More Than Stock Earphones

Bundled earphones blur detail, distort at higher volumes and wear out their fixed cables. The Wan’er S.G 2 addresses all three with a purpose-built driver, a comfortable shell and a cable you can replace instead of the whole earphone.

What It Is

The Tangzu Wan’er S.G 2 is a single dynamic driver in-ear monitor (IEM). It uses an upgraded 10 mm PET diaphragm, a UV-coated German resin housing with a cloud-pattern faceplate inspired by Chinese aesthetics, and a detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin cable.

Key Features

• 10 mm PET diaphragm driver: PET is durable and helps keep unwanted resonance down, so highs stay crisp and bass stays controlled.
• UV-coated German resin shell: Lightweight and skin-friendly, so you can wear them through a long commute or an evening of listening.
• 5N OFC silver-plated cable: High-purity copper with silver plating keeps signal loss low for cleaner detail.
• Detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin connector: Swap in an upgrade cable or replace a worn one without replacing the earphones.
• Ergonomic shape: Developed through user testing to sit securely in a wide range of ear shapes.
• Tuning-friendly accessories: Includes Tang Sancai balanced ear tips and standard ear tips so you can tailor fit and sound.

Why the Tangzu Wan’er S.G 2 Stands Out

Most earphones at this price treat the cable as a throwaway part and the shell as an afterthought. The Wan’er S.G 2 does the opposite: the two-pin connector means the cable can be upgraded, and the cloud-pattern faceplate gives the pair a look that suits a desk display as much as an ear. A refined single-driver sound, a comfortable shell and genuine accessories make it a complete package rather than a bare IEM.

Getting the Best Fit and Sound

The right ear tip matters more than most people expect. Try each size supplied and choose the one that seals comfortably without pressure, because a good seal improves bass and blocks outside noise. Insert the earphones gently, with the cable looped over and behind the ear if the design allows, and let them burn in for a few hours of normal listening before judging the sound. Keep the nozzle clean and store the earphones in a case to protect the cable and connectors.
