The Electro-Voice R300-HD is built for buyers who want proven professional performance without compromise, and this listing covers what it does, who it suits, and how to set it up. Whether it is going into a venue, a studio, a place of worship or a creator desk, the Electro-Voice R300-HD earns its place by doing its core job exceptionally well, with the build quality and control expected from its brand.
Why Choose the Electro-Voice R300-HD?
The R300-HD takes the hassle out of wireless: instead of scanning through frequencies and guessing, one press of ClearScan finds a clear channel, and EZsync sends it to the handheld transmitter by infrared, so a presenter or singer is on air in seconds. The metal HT-300 transmitter carries the PL22 cardioid capsule, which keeps the voice forward and rejects stage noise, while the true-diversity receiver guards against dropouts as the performer moves. With more than 14 hours of battery life, it runs a full day of sessions without a battery change. The Electro-Voice R300-HD is a practical, long-term choice: it is designed to be used daily, to integrate with the rest of a system, and to keep performing long after cheaper alternatives have been replaced.
Key Features
Clear channel in one press: ClearScan scans the band and selects a clean channel automatically, so setup takes seconds, not minutes.
Sync without cables: EZsync infrared transfers the chosen channel to the transmitter instantly, with no menus or manual tuning.
Dropout-resistant reception: true antenna diversity switches between two antennas to hold the signal as the performer moves around the room.
A voice that stays forward: the PL22 cardioid dynamic capsule focuses on the speaker and rejects monitors and room noise.
Built for long days: more than 14 hours of transmitter battery life and a rugged metal transmitter suit conferences, services and shows.
Best Suited For
The R300-HD suits presenters, lecturers, houses of worship, wedding hosts, fitness instructors, small venues and schools that need a dependable wireless handheld microphone without complex setup.
Setup and Connection Guide
Place the R300 receiver on a table or in a rack with both antennas raised and clear of metal objects, fit fresh batteries in the HT-300 transmitter, and press ClearScan to find a clean channel. Hold the transmitter near the receiver's infrared window to sync with EZsync, confirm the channel on both displays, and connect the receiver's balanced or unbalanced output to the mixer. Keep the transmitter within line of sight of the receiver for the most reliable performance. Take a few minutes to test the Electro-Voice R300-HD at working volume before the event or session, so levels, placement and presets are settled well in advance.
