The Fyne Audio FA502iC LCR Angled In-Ceiling Speaker is the angled version of the FA502iC, built for home theatre front channels where the speaker must fire toward the listening seat rather than straight down.
driver tilted toward the listening seat for front-channel use
8-inch point-source driver for wide, even dispersion
detailed treble at the centre of the driver
low-profile grille with acoustic scrim, round only on the LCR version
The Fyne Audio FA502iC LCR Angled In-Ceiling Speaker is the angled version of the FA502iC, built for home theatre front channels where the speaker must fire toward the listening seat rather than straight down. Its 200 mm IsoFlare driver is set at 15 degrees to the mounting surface, so a ceiling-mounted left, centre or right channel aims at the audience instead of the floor. The Fyne Audio FA502iC LCR Angled In-Ceiling Speaker is the discreet way to build a serious front soundstage.
The reason to choose the Fyne Audio FA502iC LCR Angled In-Ceiling Speaker over the standard FA502iC for front channels is aim. A straight-down ceiling speaker wastes energy on the floor in front of the screen, while the 15-degree angled driver directs dialogue and effects to ear height, improving clarity and imaging. It keeps the same IsoFlare point-source driver, 91 dB sensitivity and paintable grille approach as the FA502iC, but is supplied with a round grille only, which the payload notes for installers.
Key Features

200 mm IsoFlare point-source driver: 8-inch point-source driver for wide, even dispersion

Round paintable magnetic grille: low-profile grille with acoustic scrim, round only on the LCR version
Easy install chassis: self-aligning clamps and spring clamp terminals
Best Suited For
The Fyne Audio FA502iC LCR Angled In-Ceiling Speaker suits in-ceiling home theatre front left, centre and right channels, and rooms where cabinet speakers are not wanted but dialogue must still aim at the seats.
Setup and Connection Guide
Cut the ceiling opening using the supplied template, orient the Fyne Audio FA502iC LCR Angled In-Ceiling Speaker so the angled driver faces the listening area, connect speaker cable to the spring terminals, and secure it with the self-aligning clamps before fitting the round magnetic grille. Connect to an amplifier rated 30-150 W per channel. Installation by a competent installer is recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
What amplifier do I need?
The Fyne Audio FA502iC LCR Angled In-Ceiling Speaker is a passive speaker, so pair it with an amplifier inside the recommended power range in the specification table (30-150 W RMS); too little clean power is a more common problem than too much, because clipping damages drivers.
Does placement matter?
Yes. Keep the Fyne Audio FA502iC LCR Angled In-Ceiling Speaker clear of corners if bass sounds boomy, toe the pair slightly toward the listening seat, and keep the tweeter close to ear height for the most even stereo image.
Is it sold singly or as a pair?
Check the listing quantity before ordering: tower and bookshelf models in this range are normally priced per pair in India, while centre and in-ceiling models are normally priced per unit, and this listing follows the sheet unit for its row.
