Klipsch GIG XL Portable Bluetooth Speaker (Black)

Klipsch GIG XL Portable Bluetooth Speaker – A Party Speaker With Real Klipsch Muscle

The Klipsch GIG XL is a portable party speaker that takes its sound seriously. Inside the grab-and-go cabinet sit a 6.5-inch woofer and a 2-inch tweeter with a bass boost mode, tuned with the dynamics Klipsch is known for: vocals stay clear and the low end punches instead of bloating, even as the volume climbs. Around that core it wraps the full party kit – Bluetooth streaming, a light show, a microphone input with the wired mic included, and up to eight hours of battery.

It is built for the way gatherings actually happen: set it down on a terrace, in a backyard or at a farmhouse, pair a phone, and the evening has music, announcements and karaoke without a receiver, cables or setup time.

Sound first, party tricks second

Plenty of party speakers are lights with a speaker attached. The GIG XL starts from the opposite direction: a properly sized woofer moving real air, a dedicated tweeter keeping speech and cymbals intelligible outdoors, and tuning that holds together at the volumes open spaces demand. Bass boost is there when a playlist needs it, and switching it off returns a balance that suits acoustic sets, podcasts and background listening just as well.

Karaoke and announcements, built in

The included wired microphone plugs straight in, with its own volume and echo controls on the top panel – no mixer, no extra purchase, no app. That covers karaoke nights, birthday announcements, society-event hosting and a teacher or coach addressing a group. Physical knobs for master volume, microphone, bass, echo and lights keep everything adjustable in the dark, mid-song, by feel.

Outdoors, without anxiety

An IPX4 rating shrugs off splashes and light rain, the battery runs a full evening, and at about 4 kg the speaker carries easily between house, car and venue. Pairing a second GIG XL gives genuine stereo separation and doubles coverage for larger lawns and halls. Charge it from a standard mains socket before the event and there is nothing else to plan.

If your parties need volume, clarity and a microphone – and you would rather not think about equipment at all – the GIG XL is the one-box answer from a brand that has been building loudspeakers for over seventy years.
