The JBL PartyBox 130 is the compact member of JBL’s 2026 PartyBox generation, built around a new hexagonal cabinet design and a single central control dial. It delivers 200 watts RMS through dual 5.25-inch woofers and twin 25mm silk dome tweeters, adds AI Sound Boost with a Smart EQ mode that adapts to what is playing, and runs for up to 15 hours on its replaceable battery. A redesigned lightshow with strobe edge lights and ripple trails that chase the beat completes the party formula.

It sits below the larger PartyBox 330 in the range, offering the same connectivity and features in a smaller, foldable-handle format that one person can carry from car to venue without a second thought.

The JBL One app remains available for deeper EQ, lighting customisation and Auracast grouping.

Inputs for real events

Dual mic and guitar inputs make karaoke and small live sets part of the package rather than an afterthought, and compatibility with JBL EasySing microphones keeps vocals simple. An optical input lets the PartyBox 130 double as a very loud TV speaker, USB-C carries lossless audio from a phone or laptop, and Auracast can pair two units for stereo or link a chain of speakers for bigger spaces.
