Why Choose Focal SIB EVO 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos Speaker Package?
Ceiling speakers are the best way to do Atmos, but most living rooms cannot take them. This package is the practical alternative: the same compact satellites, the same Cub Evo subwoofer, plus height channels that install in minutes and work with any Dolby Atmos AV receiver.
Key Features
Dolby Atmos height channels: two upward-firing speakers add overhead effects without cutting into the ceiling.
Three Sib Evo satellites: 5-inch Polyflex satellites for front and centre channels with clear dialogue.
Cub Evo subwoofer: a 200 W front-ported subwoofer for film bass and music weight.
Compact system: small satellites and a compact subwoofer suit apartments and living rooms.
Matched voicing: all channels share the Sib Evo voicing for a coherent surround field.
Best Suited For
Living-room home cinema buyers who want Dolby Atmos but cannot install ceiling speakers, and anyone upgrading a Sib Evo 5.1 system to height channels. That is the buyer the Focal SIB EVO 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos Speaker Package is built for.
Setup and Connection Guide
Place the three satellites across the front, the two Atmos speakers on top of the front pair facing the ceiling, the surrounds behind the seat and the Cub Evo beside the TV unit, then run the receiver’s Atmos calibration with the microphone at the seat. Once connected, the Focal SIB EVO 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos Speaker Package is ready for its first session.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the Focal SIB EVO 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos Speaker Package different from the Sib Evo 5.1 pack?
It adds two Dolby Atmos height speakers with upward-firing drivers to the 5.1 layout, giving 5.1.2 channels instead of 5.1.
Do I need a Dolby Atmos receiver?
Yes. The height channels need an AV receiver with Dolby Atmos decoding and at least 7 amplified channels or pre-outs.
What is the system’s frequency range?
About 35 Hz to 25 kHz, from the Cub Evo subwoofer’s low end to the satellites’ treble.
