Q Acoustics 7000I 5.0 Home Theatre Speaker Package – White

Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Home Theatre Speaker Package – White

The Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White is a five-satellite home theatre speaker set from Q Acoustics’ award-winning 7000i range, finished in matt White. It comprises four vertical satellites for the front and surround channels plus one horizontal centre speaker for dialogue, all built around the same pill-shaped aluminium-cast enclosure. Each satellite houses two 75 mm long-throw mid/bass drivers straddling a 25 mm ring-radiator tweeter. The Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White is a 5.0 package, so it needs an AV receiver to drive it, and a subwoofer can be added later to make a full 5.1 system.

Why Choose Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White?

Home cinema buyers choose the Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White because it delivers a genuinely cinematic soundstage from speakers small enough to sit on a shelf or hang on a wall. Because all five satellites share identical drivers, sounds move smoothly around the room instead of changing character between channels, and the centre speaker keeps dialogue clear and anchored to the screen. The aluminium-cast enclosures are rigid and low in resonance, which keeps the sound clean at film-night volumes, while the base of each satellite doubles as a wall mount, so the Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White can be placed on furniture or fixed to a wall without separate brackets. The matt White finish stays discreet against light walls, making the Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White a strong choice for living rooms where large black boxes are not welcome.

• Aluminium-cast enclosures: rigid, low-resonance pill-shaped cabinets in a matt White finish.
• Wall-mountable bases: each satellite base doubles as a wall mount, with terminals housed in the base.
• 5.0 configuration: a complete surround set ready to pair with an AV receiver, expandable with a subwoofer.

Best Suited For

The Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White suits living-room home cinema users who want surround sound from compact, attractive speakers rather than floorstanders. It fits apartments and family rooms where speakers must blend in, and it suits film and television viewers who value clear dialogue and enveloping effects. Music listeners who mainly play stereo may prefer a dedicated bookshelf pair, and buyers who want deep bass from day one should plan to add a subwoofer, since the Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White contains no subwoofer of its own.

Setup and Connection Guide

Connect the Q Acoustics 7000i 5.0 Speaker Package White to a 5.1-capable AV receiver with speaker cable: front left and right, centre, and surround left and right, keeping polarity consistent throughout. Place the centre speaker directly above or below the television, the front satellites either side of the screen, and the surrounds slightly behind the seating position, using the integrated bases as stands or wall mounts as needed. Run the receiver’s automatic speaker calibration, set the satellite crossover as the receiver recommends, and set all five satellites to “small” so bass is handled cleanly. A subwoofer can be added later through the receiver’s subwoofer output to complete a 5.1 system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the the 7000i 5.0 package include a subwoofer?

No. This is a 5.0 package of five satellites only. A subwoofer is not included, but one can be added through an AV receiver to make a 5.1 system.

Do the the 7000i 5.0 package speakers need an amplifier?

Yes. The satellites are passive speakers and must be driven by an AV receiver (or a multichannel amplifier). Each satellite handles up to 100 W.

Can the the 7000i 5.0 package speakers be wall mounted?

Yes. The terminals sit in each satellite’s base, and the base doubles as a wall mount, so the satellites can stand on furniture or be fixed to a wall.
