The Bowers & Wilkins CWM663 is a passive two-way in-wall loudspeaker for rooms where sound quality matters but visible speaker cabinets do not fit the design. Built into the wall, it pairs a 150 mm blue Aramid Fibre bass/midrange driver with a 25 mm aluminium dome tweeter loaded by a Nautilus tube, the tapered-tube loading Bowers & Wilkins developed to absorb unwanted rear radiation from the tweeter. For new construction, Bowers & Wilkins supplies the PMK W6 pre-mount kit, and the BB 6W back box is available where sound containment or a defined enclosure volume is required.
