The Focal 100IWLCR5 In-Wall LCR Speaker is a dedicated in-wall loudspeaker for home cinema front channels, using a two-way D’Appolito layout with two 5 and 1/8 inch Polyglass woofers flanking a 1 inch aluminium inverted dome tweeter. It can be mounted vertically for left and right channels or horizontally as a centre channel, and switches for tweeter level, woofer level and left, centre or right role let the installer match it to the room and the system. The Focal 100IWLCR5 In-Wall LCR Speaker is built for small to medium rooms where the front speakers must disappear into the wall without giving up cinema impact.
Why Choose This Product?
The Focal 100IWLCR5 In-Wall LCR Speaker stands out because its D’Appolito arrangement keeps dialogue and effects coherent across the seats, while the dual woofers give it more output and control than a single-woofer in-wall speaker. The tweeter pivots 360 degrees for aiming, and the three-position level switches for treble and mid-bass tame bright or dull rooms without an equaliser. A frameless magnetic grille, ready to paint, finishes the wall cleanly, and tropicalisation means it also suits humid rooms. With 90.5 dB sensitivity and 25 to 120 watts of recommended power, it is easy to drive from a normal AV receiver.

Discreet finish: Frameless magnetic grille, paintable, with tropicalisation for humid rooms.
Best Suited For
The Focal 100IWLCR5 In-Wall LCR Speaker suits home cinemas and media rooms in small to medium spaces, where three matching front speakers are wanted without visible cabinets. It is ideal behind or beside a screen wall, in living rooms with a projector or large TV, and in multi-room systems that need a serious front stage.
Setup and Connection Guide
Cut a 415 by 147 mm opening using the template, wire the speaker from an AV receiver or amplifier rated 25 to 120 watts into 8 ohms, and mount it at 83 mm depth from the wall. Choose vertical orientation for left and right channels or horizontal for the centre, set the left, centre or right switch and the level switches for the room, and fit the paintable magnetic grille. Use three matching units for the front stage and matching Focal surrounds for a consistent sound.
