Why Choose Focusrite SCARLETT STUDIO 3rd Gen Recording Bundle?
For a first studio on a budget, the 3rd Gen bundle gives the essential chain at a lower price than the 4th Gen equivalent, while keeping the same microphone and the same recording workflow. The trade is the older interface generation, not the recording quality of the chain.
Key Features
Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen interface: two preamps with 56 dB of gain, single Air mode and USB-C bus power.
CM25 MkIII microphone: a large-diaphragm condenser microphone for vocals and acoustic instruments.
HP60 MkIII headphones: closed-back studio headphones for tracking without bleed.
Cables included: microphone and interface cables in the box.
Recording software: bundled DAW software and plug-ins for recording from day one.
Best Suited For
Beginners and budget studios setting up a first vocal and instrument chain, and buyers who prefer the proven 3rd Gen interface. That is the buyer the Focusrite SCARLETT STUDIO 3rd Gen Recording Bundle is built for.
Setup and Connection Guide
Connect the interface over USB-C, plug the microphone into input 1 with the supplied cable and enable 48 V phantom power, connect the headphones, install the bundled software, and record. Once connected, the Focusrite SCARLETT STUDIO 3rd Gen Recording Bundle is ready for its first session.
