BenQ MA320UP 32-Inch 4K Nano Gloss Monitor For Mac

BenQ MA320UP 32-Inch 4K Nano Gloss Monitor for Mac

The BenQ MA320UP is a 31.5-inch 4K monitor built specifically around the Mac desktop. Its Nano Gloss IPS panel delivers 3840 x 2160 resolution at 140 PPI, so text stays sharp, timelines and canvases get real room to breathe, and a MacBook can drive a large, clean workspace through a single USB-C cable. BenQ tunes the panel for Mac colour, so what you see on the external screen matches the MacBook display beside it instead of shifting in saturation or white point.

Nano Gloss panel and Mac colour matching

The Nano Gloss finish is the defining choice on this model. Where a matte coating scatters light and slightly softens contrast, the gloss surface keeps blacks deeper and colours more saturated, which suits photo editing, video grading and media work in a light-controlled room. Coverage of 99% sRGB and 97% Display P3 means the panel can show the wide-gamut colour modern Macs work in natively. M-Book mode aligns the monitor with MacBook colour, ICCsync keeps ICC profiles matched when modes change, and colour modes for Display P3, sRGB, HDR, Cinema, Game and ePaper cover both creative and everyday reading tasks.

One-cable USB-C desk setup

A single USB-C connection carries the 4K picture, USB data and up to 90W of charging power, enough for a MacBook Pro under load, so the laptop charger can stay in your bag. Two HDMI 2.0 inputs handle a second computer, console or media player. The built-in hub adds two USB-A ports and a downstream USB-C port with 15W charging for a phone or tablet, keeping everyday peripherals plugged into the monitor rather than the laptop.

Brightness, HDR and eye comfort

At 550 nits typical and 600 nits peak brightness, the MA320UP stays legible in bright rooms and gives HDR10 content genuine highlight headroom under its VESA DisplayHDR 600 certification. The 1300:1 contrast ratio and 178-degree viewing angles keep the image consistent across the large panel. Flicker-free operation, low blue light modes, a colour weakness mode and ePaper mode reduce strain during long document and editing sessions, while the 5 ms response time and 60 Hz refresh rate suit productivity and casual media use.

Stand, sound and everyday use

The ergonomic stand adjusts through 115 mm of height, tilts from -5 to 20 degrees, swivels 15 degrees each way and pivots 90 degrees into portrait for documents and code. A 100 x 100 mm VESA mount supports monitor arms. Twin 3W speakers and a headphone jack cover calls and video without extra desk hardware. For Mac users who want a big 4K screen that matches their laptop’s colour and charges it through one cable, the MA320UP is the complete package.
