Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand

Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand

The Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand is a professional microphone and equipment stand from Gator Frameworks, built from heavy-duty steel for stage and studio use. It is a short stand for miking kick drums and guitar amplifiers close to the floor. The Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand is designed to hold microphones and equipment securely through long sessions, with adjustments that can be made quickly, even one-handed, between songs or takes.

Why Choose Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand?

Stands fail shows when they slip, wobble or take too long to adjust, and the Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand is built to avoid all three. Its steel construction, stable base and positive locking adjustments keep a microphone exactly where it is put, while cable management keeps the stage tidy and trip-free. For venues, studios and touring musicians, the Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand is a dependable, repeatable part of the rig rather than a compromise.

Best Suited For

The Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand is best suited for live stages, recording studios, rehearsal rooms, houses of worship, podcast studios and presentation spaces where a stable, adjustable microphone or equipment position is needed. It is equally at home as a single house stand that visiting performers can rely on, and as part of a matched set of stands that gives a stage or studio a consistent, professional appearance night after night.

Setup and Connection Guide

Unfold or place the Gator Frameworks GFW-MIC-0821 Bass Drum and Amp Mic Stand on a level surface, extend it to the required height and lock the clutch firmly before fitting a microphone clip. Fit a microphone clip with the correct US (5/8-inch) or Euro (3/8-inch) thread, route the cable through the management clips, and check stability before the performance. Fold the base for transport and storage after use. Before each session, give the stand a quick shake test with the microphone fitted: if anything moves, re-tighten the clutch and re-check the base, because a stand that is stable empty can still tip once a microphone and cable are added.
