JBL SRX728S Dual 18-Inch Subwoofer

JBL SRX728S Dual 18-Inch Subwoofer

The JBL SRX728S is a JBL product built around the company’s long experience in professional and personal audio, and it is offered here at Pro Audio Video at the sheet price shown on this listing. The SRX728S is a dual 18-inch subwoofer from the SRX700 series, using two 2268H Differential Drive woofers to deliver deep, high-output bass for large live systems. Buyers choosing this model get a product whose headline specifications are published by JBL and by independent retailers, so the key numbers on this page can be checked against the official and retailer sources linked below rather than taken on trust.

Why Choose This Model?

When a system needs genuine sub-bass at concert levels, the SRX728S provides it from a single cabinet. Its dual 18-inch layout, high peak output and birch-plywood DuraFlex enclosure are the reasons it remains a rental and installation staple. This model sits in a catalogue where JBL’s naming is precise, and that precision matters when you are matching a loudspeaker to an amplifier, an earbud to a phone, or a subwoofer to a room. This listing states the model, the colour where the sheet names one, and the exact sheet sale price and MRP, so what you order is the variant described here. It is supplied as a new retail product through the store’s normal ordering route, and the specifications table at the bottom of this page gives the figures a buyer or installer actually needs before committing.

Best Suited For

The JBL SRX728S suits concert PA, large clubs, houses of worship and rental inventories that need a high-output passive subwoofer. The JBL SRX728S is a sensible shortlist choice for anyone who already knows they want JBL sound and wants the specific combination of size, power handling or battery life that this model offers, rather than a generic alternative. It suits buyers who value published specifications, a recognisable model lineage, and a purchase from a specialist Indian audio-video store that lists the product with its full model name and colour.

Setup and Connection Guide

Drive the SRX728S from a suitable professional amplifier in parallel or discrete mode as required, cross it over to the full-range cabinets, and place it on the floor or in a cardioid arrangement as the system design requires. As with any audio purchase, check the connections and the space available before ordering: confirm the amplifier, receiver or phone it will pair with, confirm the physical dimensions against the installation or carrying space, and keep the original packaging until the product has been tested. For full setup detail, follow the official documentation linked below, which is the authoritative source for this model. If anything about compatibility is unclear, ask the store before ordering so the JBL SRX728S you receive is the right fit for your system.
