The GoldenEar Invisa HTR 7000 In-Ceiling Home Theatre Loudspeaker is an in-ceiling home theatre reference loudspeaker with a 7-inch MVPP driver, a High-Velocity Folded Ribbon tweeter and FocusField angled-driver technology, designed to serve as a ceiling-mounted front, centre or surround speaker.
Drivers mounted at calculated angles focus sound at the listening position for a big, open image.
A high-definition cast-basket Multi-Vaned Phase Plug driver gives detailed midrange and punchy bass.
The High-Velocity Folded Ribbon tweeter extends to 35 kHz with smooth, wide dispersion.
Built as a ceiling-mounted left, centre or right speaker, and ideal for side, rear and Dolby Atmos height channels.
A three-position high-frequency switch tunes the treble to the room and placement.

Why Choose the GoldenEar Invisa HTR 7000 In-Ceiling Home Theatre Loudspeaker?
The GoldenEar Invisa HTR 7000 In-Ceiling Home Theatre Loudspeaker angles its drivers toward the listener instead of firing straight down, so ceiling-mounted front speakers image across the front wall like conventional speakers, while the ribbon tweeter and complex crossover keep dialogue and effects detailed and three-dimensional.
Key Features of the GoldenEar Invisa HTR 7000 In-Ceiling Home Theatre Loudspeaker
FocusField angled drivers: Drivers mounted at calculated angles focus sound at the listening position for a big, open image.
7-inch MVPP driver: A high-definition cast-basket Multi-Vaned Phase Plug driver gives detailed midrange and punchy bass.
HVFR folded ribbon tweeter: The High-Velocity Folded Ribbon tweeter extends to 35 kHz with smooth, wide dispersion.
Home theatre reference design: Built as a ceiling-mounted left, centre or right speaker, and ideal for side, rear and Dolby Atmos height channels.
HF equalisation switch: A three-position high-frequency switch tunes the treble to the room and placement.
Nearly invisible fit: A flat, round, magnetically attached micro-perf grille covers the mounting hardware.
Best Suited For
The GoldenEar Invisa HTR 7000 In-Ceiling Home Theatre Loudspeaker suits dedicated home theatres, media rooms and living-room cinemas that need reference sound from ceiling speakers.
Setup and Connection Guide
Cut a 9-inch round ceiling opening, connect speaker cable from the AV receiver or amplifier, and fit the speaker with its mounting clamps, aiming the angled driver assembly toward the main seat. Set the HF equalisation switch to suit the room, then fit the magnetic grille. A compatible amplifier of 10 to 250 watts per channel is required; the speaker is passive and has no built-in amplifier.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the HTR 7000 be a front left/right speaker?
Yes. That is its reference role: as a ceiling-mounted front speaker it images across the front wall, and it also works as a centre, surround or height speaker.
Is the HTR 7000 sold individually?
Yes, GoldenEar Invisa speakers are sold individually, so order one per ceiling position.
What amplifier power does it need?
10 to 250 watts per channel is recommended; most AV receivers and multi-room amplifiers in that range work well.
