Description

The Monitor Audio Vestra W12 is a 12-inch subwoofer built to give home cinema and music systems the low-frequency foundation they are missing. Its large 12-inch driver moves the air that small speakers cannot, adding weight and physical impact to film soundtracks, bass-heavy music and games.

With 500 watts of power behind it, the W12 is made for rooms where a compact subwoofer runs out of steam: big living rooms, dedicated cinema rooms and open-plan spaces. It fills in the bottom octaves so explosions land with force, music gains warmth and depth, and dialogue and effects sit on a solid, natural-sounding base instead of sounding thin.

As part of Monitor Audio’s Vestra series, the W12 pairs naturally with Vestra speakers and with any home-theatre receiver’s subwoofer output, slotting into a stereo setup that needs more bass or a full surround system that needs a dedicated low-frequency channel. If your system sounds good but lacks scale and slam, the Vestra W12 is the upgrade that supplies it.
